Emet Global Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to the Emet Global Education Group and our Subsidaries Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accepting. Participation in the program is conditional on acceptance of these terms.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. As an affiliate, you agree to ethically promote Emet Global Education Group and our subsidiary’s products and services using approved marketing materials provided through the affiliate portal.
2.2. You are required to disclose your affiliate status in all promotions, in accordance with FTC guidelines.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1. Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or other unethical methods of promotion that could damage Emet Global’s reputation.
3.2. No affiliate may create or utilize any website or social media account that imitates Emet Global’s branding or misleads customers into thinking it is a direct representative of Emet Global.
4. Commissions
4.1. Affiliates will receive a predetermined percentage of sales as commission, which will be clearly outlined in your affiliate dashboard.
4.2. Commissions are only earned on sales that are not refunded or charged back.
5. Payment
5.1. Commissions are paid monthly provided the affiliate has reached a minimum threshold of 5%.
5.2. Payments will be made via PayPal or another agreed-upon payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Emet Global grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Emet Global marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting within the affiliate program.
6.2. All intellectual property rights of Emet Global branding, products, and promotional materials remain with Emet Global.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.
7.2. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid during the next billing cycle, provided that the conditions of this agreement were not violated.
8. Liability
8.1. Emet Global will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intent of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
8.2. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or products sold by Emet Global. We also do not claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
9. Term of the Agreement
9.1. The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
9.2. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
10. Indemnification
10.1. Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Emet Global and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Emet Global to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. By signing up for the Emet Global Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
