Digital Media Ambassadors are responsible for enhancing the institution’s online presence and engaging both prospective and current students through various digital platforms. They create and curate content that promotes the institution’s values, events, and achievements, fostering a vibrant online community.


  • Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and blogs, that reflect the institution’s ethos and academic offerings.
  • Monitor social media channels and online forums to engage with comments, answer inquiries, and foster a positive community environment.
  • Collaborate with other ambassadors and departments to promote events, programs, and news through digital channels.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to understand audience preferences and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Provide digital media training and support to students and staff, enhancing the institution’s collective digital literacy.
