Registrar and Records Division

The Registrars and Records Division is devoted to creating an organized structured environment to further help enhance the educational administration experience. We are held accountable for the coordination and facilitation of scribing and documenting academic records and enrollment forms, to maintain, preserve and resolve any questions on academic policies, forms, procedures, and much more. 

Transcripts, academic, financial, and personal information are kept confidential to reassure our students that we comply with all FERPA guidelines. We service our students and graduates by keeping track of their records and forms such as academic records, transcript request forms, course registration, enrollment, diploma and degree verifications, graduation and diploma processing information, grading,  grade verification, and enrollment verifications, we make it our priority to answer and make any question you may have clear to your understanding.
