These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of emetglobaleducation.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Emet Global Education Group. This Site is an educational Institution that offers services, products, programs, subscriptions, and digital products.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Nicole Gentles and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

The services will be paid for in full, partial and on a subscription basis When services are ordered and agreed upon and later before services are completed 100%
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

At Emet Global Education, we strive to offer flexible and customer-friendly subscription options through Emet Powergizer CRM for our Customer Relations Management System and Emet Pro suite of consulting and coaching services offered as a package subscription. We understand that business needs can change, and we aim to make the process of managing your subscription as straightforward as possible.
Cancellation Process for Emet Powergizer CRM:
Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Emet Powergizer CRM dashboard under the ‘Account Settings’ section. Simply navigate to the ‘Subscription’ tab, where you will find the option to ‘Cancel Subscription.’
Cancellation Process for any of Emet Pro Subscription Services:
Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your My Pro dashboard under the ‘Account Settings’ section. Simply navigate to the ‘Request Cancellation’ tab, where you will find the option to ‘Cancel Subscription.’
Assisted Cancellation:
If you need assistance or prefer to cancel your subscription through a representative, please contact our support team via email at serve@emetschool.com or call us at 629-401-4007. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you with your cancellation request.
Cancellation Timing:
Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription will be terminated immediately upon cancellation, and you will not be charged any further subscription fees. However, we do not offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.
End-of-Billing Period Cancellation: If you prefer, you can choose to have your subscription end at the close of your current billing cycle, allowing you full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
After Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to our free plan, if available, allowing you limited access to Emet Powergizer CRM features. You can choose to reactivate your subscription at any time to regain full access.
Please note that all your data will be retained for a period of 30 days post-cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting any essential data before canceling your subscription.
Refund Policy:
Emet Global Education Group does not offer refunds on any charges or fees related to your subscription to Emet Powergizer CRM or Emet Pro Business Suite, including partially used periods. We encourage our customers to utilize our free trial to fully assess the product before subscribing.
Changes to Subscription:
If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or make any changes to your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Free Trial
We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: A 7-day free trial begins when the user registers for a new account on the subscription of Professional Powergizer CRM Subscription and the Business Powergizer CRM trial includes limited access to templates and resources in the CRM.
At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: Subscribe: If Emet Powergizer CRM has met or exceeded your expectations, and you wish to continue harnessing the full power of our CRM, you can easily convert your trial account into a paid subscription. Simply choose your plan and enter your payment details. Your transition will be seamless, with all your data, settings, and customizations intact.
Trial Expiration: Should you choose not to take any action, your trial account will automatically expire. Upon expiration, your access to the Professional or Business features will be revoked. However, we will retain your data for a limited period, allowing you to subscribe or downgrade at a later time without losing your setup.
After Expiration:
Data Retention: Your data and configurations will be securely stored for 30 days post-trial expiration. This grace period allows you to subscribe or downgrade without losing your work. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Reactivation: You can reactivate your account at any time during the 30-day grace period by choosing a subscription plan or downgrading to the Free Plan. Reactivation will restore full access to your account, data, and settings.
Support: Our support team remains at your disposal, ready to assist with any questions or help you may need during the transition phase or beyond.
To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: Access your Account: Start by logging into your Emet Powergizer CRM account using your credentials. Navigate to the website and find the login section, usually located at the top right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Account Settings
Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, locate your account name or avatar, often found in the same top right corner or in a sidebar menu. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu, then select “Account Settings” or a similarly named option.
Step 3: Subscription Details
Find Subscription Information: In the Account Settings area, look for a section labeled “Subscription,” “Billing,” or “Plan Details.” This section will contain information about your current trial plan, including its status and expiration date.
Step 4: Cancel Trial
Select Cancel Option: Within the Subscription or Billing section, there should be an option to “Modify of Cancel Click Herer” or “. Click on this to proceed with the cancellation.
Step 5: Confirmation
Confirm Cancellation: You may be prompted to confirm your cancellation or provide feedback on why you’re canceling. Follow the prompts to confirm. It’s important to complete this step, as failing to do so may not finalize the cancellation.
Step 6: Cancellation Complete
Receive Confirmation: After successfully canceling your trial, you should receive a confirmation message on the screen and/or a confirmation email. Keep this for your records.

After Cancellation:
You can also downgrade to a basic subscription for less cost: If at any time Emet Powergizer CRM offers a free version, your account may automatically downgrade to this version, and your access will be changed to the new features.
Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your subscription in the future, you can usually do so by logging back into your account and selecting a new plan.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Standard Shipping: The most cost-effective option with the longest delivery time. Ideal for non-urgent orders. 7-14 Days
Expedite Shipping: Faster than standard, suitable for customers willing to pay more for quicker delivery. 5-7 Days
Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Premium options for local deliveries or high-priority orders.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United States your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Loaner Laptop Purchased by the student as a buyout; and
- Shipping cost.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
- Educational Services
For our educational services, including programs and courses, we enforce a 30-day refund policy outlined as follows:
Before the Start Date: Full refunds are available, minus any non-refundable administrative fees, provided the request is made before the program’s start date.
1-3 Days After Start: Up to 75% of the tuition cost can be refunded, considering payments made above 25% of the total tuition.
4-14 Days After Start: Up to 50% of the tuition cost can be refunded for requests made within this period, based on amounts paid above 50% of the tuition.
15-30 Days After Start: Refunds requested during this time may qualify for up to 25% of the tuition cost, with refunds calculated on amounts paid above 75% of the tuition.
Beyond 30 Days: No refunds will be available beyond 30 days from the start date of the program.
Consulting Services
For our consulting services, the following refund policy applies:
Before Service Commencement: Clients may cancel their engagement and receive a full refund of any pre-paid fees, minus a designated non-refundable administrative fee, provided the cancellation request is made in writing before the commencement of any consulting services.
Within the First 7 Days: If services have commenced and a client wishes to cancel within the first 7 days, a pro-rated refund will be offered based on the percentage of work completed, minus any non-refundable fees.
Beyond 7 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made beyond 7 days after the commencement of consulting services.
General Terms
Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation and processing.
Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, may take 15-30 days to be processed and returned to the client.
Tuition Plan Agreement: Students enrolled in educational programs are obligated to fulfill their tuition plan agreement according to its terms, in alignment with our cancellation policy.
Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative or other designated fees are non-refundable under all circumstances to cover the costs of processing and preparing for the provision of services.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in the email sent to you to confirm the approval of your return. Go to your nearest post office pay the necessary postage and mail it to 603 E Fort King Street, Ocala FL 34471.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
