Student Ambassador Positions:
Community Outreach Ambassadors:
- Description: Engage with the local community, organize events, and foster connections between the school and its surroundings.
International Relations Ambassadors:
- Description: Facilitate cultural exchange, assist international students, and promote global awareness within the student body.
Digital Media Ambassadors:
- Description: Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and represent the school’s online presence.
Wellness and Health Ambassadors:
- Description: Promote well-being on campus, organize health-related events, and support initiatives that enhance the physical and mental health of students.
Academic Excellence Ambassadors:
- Description: Assist with academic programs, and mentorship initiatives, and encourage a culture of academic achievement among peers.
Event Planning and Coordination Ambassadors:
- Description: Organize and execute various school events, including orientations, social gatherings, and extracurricular activities.
New Student Integration Ambassadors:
- Description: Guide incoming students through course navigation, provide support during their initial days, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Chaplaincy & Spiritual Support Ambassadors:
- Embody a compassionate and supportive presence within the school community. As a Chaplaincy Ambassador, your role involves providing spiritual guidance, leading prayer sessions, and offering a comforting presence to fellow students.
Terms and Conditions – Emet Global Student Ambassador Program
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the Emet Global Student Ambassador Program, applicants must be currently enrolled as full-time students at Emet Global School of Ministry.
- Ambassadors must maintain good academic standing throughout their tenure in the program.
- Commitment Period:
- Student Ambassadors are expected to commit to a term of [specific duration, e.g., one academic year] in the program.
- Extensions may be considered based on performance and mutual agreement.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ambassadors are expected to actively participate in promotional and outreach activities organized by Emet Global.
- Responsibilities may include hosting virtual information sessions, participating in events, contributing to social media campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.
- Professional Conduct:
- Ambassadors must uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Respectful and inclusive behavior is required when interacting with peers, prospective students, and the wider community.
- Communication:
- Ambassadors are expected to maintain regular communication with the Emet Global Ambassador Coordinator and attend periodic meetings or training sessions.
- Timely response to emails and messages is essential.
- Confidentiality:
- Ambassadors may be privy to sensitive information related to Emet Global. It is imperative to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any proprietary information without authorization.
- Social Media Guidelines:
- Ambassadors engaging in social media promotion must adhere to Emet Global’s social media guidelines.
- Responsible and positive representation of the institution is crucial.
- Benefits and Recognition:
- Ambassadors may receive benefits such as recognition, certificates, or other incentives based on their contributions and achievements.
- Benefits are subject to the discretion of Emet Global.
- Termination of Agreement:
- Emet Global reserves the right to terminate the Ambassador Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the terms and conditions, academic misconduct, or unprofessional behavior.
- Amendments to Terms:
- Emet Global reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Student Ambassador Program. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes in advance.

Application Process
Application Period: We generally accept applications at the beginning and middle of the year. First-quarter applications must be in by February 15th and the Third-quarter by July 15th. we invite you to apply for these voluntary but empowering roles. As a Student Ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to earn credits and gain recognition towards current and future programs. This is your chance to unlock your leadership potential, contribute to the vibrant Emet community, and make a lasting impact.

- Application Deadline:
- The application deadline for the Student Ambassador Program is First-quarter applications must be in by February 15th and the Third-quarter by July 15th. Late applications will not be considered.
- Application Components:
- Prepare the following documents before starting your application:
- Resume/CV: Highlight your academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and any relevant experience.
- Cover Letter: Explain why you are interested in becoming a Student Ambassador, detailing your passion for Emet Global and your plans to contribute.
- Academic Transcript: Provide a copy of your most recent academic transcript even if it’s Emet Global, and provide your most recent grades.

- Submission:

- Interview Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to further discuss their interest in the program and assess their suitability for the role.
- Interviews may be conducted in person or virtually.
- Selection Criteria:
- Applications will be evaluated based on academic performance, commitment, communication skills, and enthusiasm for promoting Emet Global.
- Notification of Acceptance:
- Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the program by the 30th.
Additional Information:
- The Student Ambassador Program term is 1 year.
- Ambassadors are expected to fulfill their roles with dedication and professionalism.
- Ambassadors may receive recognition, certificates, and other incentives based on their contributions.
- Benefits and responsibilities will be discussed during the orientation session.
